The founder and CEO of NOK Beauty (K-Beauty) was born and raised in South Korea—a country globally admired for its advanced skincare culture. After relocating to the UAE, Youna was frequently asked about her glowing skin and beauty routine. Many women expressed admiration for Korean skincare, yet when she asked if they had ever tried it, 9 out of 10 responded, “I’ve never used it.”
This revealed a surprising truth: although Korean skincare was well-known, authentic products were difficult to access in the UAE. Those available were either overpriced or of poor quality, and many items marketed as “Korean” were not genuine.
Driven by her passion for skincare and her desire to bridge this gap, Youna launched NOK Beauty with one mission:
